Installation
============

Requirements
------------

pyQuTree requires Python 3.10 or later.

Install from PyPI
-----------------

Install the latest release from PyPI:

.. code-block:: bash

    pip install pyqutree

Install from Source
-------------------

To install from source, clone the repository and use poetry:

.. code-block:: bash

    git clone https://github.com/roman-ellerbrock/pyqutree.git
    cd pyqutree
    poetry install

Dependencies
------------

The following packages are required:

* numpy >= 1.20
* networkx >= 2.6
* matplotlib >= 3.5
* plotly >= 5.0
* scipy >= 1.7
* pandas >= 1.3
* imageio >= 2.9
* pydot >= 4.0.1
* pyscf >= 2.9.0
* tqdm >= 4.67.1

These will be installed automatically when you install pyQuTree.
